Excellent customer service.

I have always taken my car to the dealership but my husband recommended this place. I had a leak in the front and I wanted the normal oil change/ tire rotation. My SUV was almost 5 years old, and unknown to me it was still under warranty. After 5 years I forgot that I had purchased an extended warranty. I ended up having 2 separate leaks and they actually called my dealership to check if a warranty applied. I ended up saving over $3,000 because they made that effort. They only recommended the tire rotation since it made sense to do the oil change with the repairs. I am taking my SUV there to have brakes replaced - which they also told me about. I cannot recommend them enough!

I stopped taking my 2017 hybrid Accord to the local Honda dealer about a year ago-- tired of the high prices and less-than-seasoned-employees. I was looking for a local business to take care of my car. I have found Nadine, Mike, and John all to be professional, very knowledgeable, thorough, genuinely pleasant and responsive, trustworthy and respectful. They each have taken the time to go the extra mile in different situations, even when busy. I'm glad I made the switch.

Visited for a simple oil change. From my initial phone call, to the service, all the way to the end, I had a pleasant experience with the respectable, knowledgeable staff. They were even kind enough to let me know about other issues they noticed with my car.

Considering my car was not starting and no one else even were ready to take a look at my Prius hybrid and find out the problem, suburban wrench not only took in my Prius, they took care of it with in few hours. Also I was even more impressed when we noticed that the air pressure had come down and inspite of being close to their closing time, they accommodated and verified to make sure nothing wrong on the tires. In short if I could give extra stars beyond 5, I would give them and generally I am frugal with my compliments.

I had a rusted exhaust connection which they were able to replace while keeping the catalytic converter intact, saving me a lot of money. High quality work at a reasonable price. Nice to have a trusted mechanic nearby.
